At PinAPalooza NY, we are committed to customer satisfaction!  We gladly accept all returns and provide refunds or coupon credits for your purchase.  Merchandise must be returned in its new and original condition at the time of purchase.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item is damaged/defective.

Exchange Policy​

PAP will replace any product with major manufacturing defects if the product is still in stock.  Please note that minor factory variations are considered normal and acceptable. To qualify for a full replacement, submit your claim with images of the defective product within 10 days of delivery via email to Pinapalooza@optimum.net. If a returned or exchanged product has only a minor defect, we will issue a refund, less any return shipping fees and associated costs.
