Return Policy​

At PinAPalooza NY, we are committed to customer satisfaction!  We gladly accept all returns and provide refunds or coupon credits for your purchase.  Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition at the time of purchase.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is found to be factory damaged/defective.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return products exceeding $100.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Thank you for your understanding.

Exchange Policy​

PinAPalooza NY will replace any product exhibiting major manufacturing defects, contingent upon product availability. Please note that minor factory variations are considered standard and acceptable. Each pin is a unique work of art and may have slight imperfections, which are considered normal. Due to the manufacturing process and the limited production nature of these items, variations in color, glittering, texture, or detail may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each pin special. We do not offer exchanges or discounts on pins with small imperfections.

To qualify for a full replacement, please submit your claim, including images of the defective product, within 7 days of delivery via email to Pinapalooza@optimum.net. Please be aware that if the defect is deemed minor, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We aim to ensure a fair process for all parties involved. Our team will conduct a thorough assessment of any reported defect to determine if it qualifies for a replacement or an alternative resolution. If a returned or exchanged product is found, upon receipt, to have only a minor defect, we will issue a refund, less any associated costs. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition as purchased. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is factory damaged or defective. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
