Yes. PinAPalooza NY will replace any product exhibiting major manufacturing defects, contingent upon product availability. Please note that minor factory variations are considered standard and acceptable. Each pin is a unique work of art and may have slight imperfections, which are considered normal. Due to the manufacturing process and the limited production nature of these items, variations in color, glittering, texture, or detail may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each pin special. We do not offer exchanges or discounts on pins with small imperfections. To qualify for a full replacement, submit your claim with images of the defective product within 7 days of delivery via email to Pinapalooza@optimum.net. Please be aware that if the defect is deemed minor, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We want to ensure a fair process for everyone. Our team will carefully assess the nature of any defect to determine if it warrants a replacement or other resolution. If a returned or exchanged product, upon receipt, has only a minor defect, we will issue a refund, less any associated costs.
