What is your Return & Exchange Policy?At PinAPalooza, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns and provide refunds or coupon credits for your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its new, original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective.

Do you offer exchanges for defective products?Yes. We will replace any product with major manufacturing defects, provided the product is still in stock. Minor factory variations are considered normal and acceptable. To qualify for a replacement, submit your claim along with images of the defective product within 10 days of delivery to Pinapalooza@optimum.net. If a product has only a minor defect, we will issue a refund, less any return shipping fees and associated costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Are your pins authentic?Yes. All pins listed on our page are guaranteed to be 100% authentic, official Disney pins. We do not sell scrappers, fakes, or unauthorized reproductions.

Do you offer trading?At this time, we primarily focus on selling pins.

How do I know the condition of a pin?We provide detailed photos and condition descriptions for each pin. If you need additional information or images, please feel free to ask.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we offer worldwide shipping however, our free shipping policy for purchases over $150.00 only applies for U.S. shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
